We have a broad experience in the Financial Services Industry including mining processes relating to credit checks. Your questions is very broad, so I'm not sure where to start. Perhaps you can explain a little more at what fase of the project you are at? Process discovery? is there already data available in Celonis? Are you looking to automate credit rankings within Celonis?

We are in a very early phase of the project - the customer expressed the pain points and we are looking on possibilities of solving these with Celonis.

I already found material on accounts receivable and automation possibilites.

I would still like to know if there is any material on customer classification - in order automate the credit ranking. For example - for a certain group of customer, no credit check in necessary, even for higher amounts. On the other side, for other customer groups, the credit check should be done even for lower amounts.

We would like to demonstrate these options, together with the demo on accounts receivable.

Was there a solution built? I am also interested to build one such solution to review customer credit ratings (based on logic like type of customer, payment behavior etc.) and change if needed.
