I'm new here. What's the best way to begin?

Welcome! A good first step is to review our Community Guidelines and Community FAQ. 

 

  • 📝 Read the Community Guidelines: Get to know the do’s and don’ts of participating. Our moderators are here to help keep this a safe and welcoming space.
  • 👤 Complete Your Profile: Add a name, photo, and a few details to help others know who you are. Go to your avatar in the top right > My Profile > Edit Profile.
  • 🤝 Introduce Yourself: Head over to Community Connect  to say hello and meet other members. It’s a great place to share a bit about yourself, exciting projects you’re working on, see who’s new, and start building connections from day one. 
  • 🚀 Explore the Celonis Success Hub: Find the right resources in every step of your journey. This dedicated hub provides the specific support and information you need as you progress.
  • 🔔 Keep Up with Product Updates: Stay informed about the latest product improvements & new features by subscribing to the Product Updates section. It’s the best way to see what’s new and what’s changing

 

If there are specific categories that pique your interest, consider subscribing to them. This will ensure you receive notifications whenever new discussions start within those areas, so you don't miss a thing!

  • include links to the resources : Guidelines, FAQ and Success Hub
  • Subscribe to Categories You Care About - consider including an info about subscription settings.   Just FYI - you get email notifications and Notifications messages in the platform (the top feature with a bell) 
  • Got a question?  don't hesitate to post your query in Ask the Community - I cannot find such a category in the “new” structure. Please make sure you navigate members to the right location (and add a link to it).
