I would like to create a role that only has the rights to manage the permissions of data pools, without the person being able to edit the data pool itself.I have already implemented the same with the Spaces, where the role can only distribute permissions but cannot see the content of the packages.  Unfortunately, Data Integration does not have the option "Manage Permissions" for a Data Pool separately, while the option "Edit Data Pool" includes the right ton manage permissions. With the "Edit Data Pool" option, the user can also edit the entire data pool. How can we devide the admin right to create data pools and to manage the permissions of a data pool, which needs to be granted to another role?  I look forward for some support. Best regards, Tim

Hello everyone, I have created a table through the use of HTML in the textbox in order to display the Related KPIs. I wanted to know if there is a possibility to apply the displaycontentrule for the KPI values displayed through placeholders.

Need some guidance no how to create a Process Flow with Multiple level. One at Top level view and 2nd at Granular/Drilldown view. E.g. one Stage can have multiple Tasks and the cardinality between Stage and Task is Many-To-Many. The Processflow should show the Stage-wise flow and if we drilldown the Stage it should show the Task-wise flow.

I've gotten stuck with the idea that process mining the Incident process must be very beneficial but as there's not that much information to find on the topic, I wonder if there's any caution here. I can find plenty along with the academy examples for various other processes but none for the incident process. I understand that the figures 'saved' could be harder to calculate vs something like duplicated invoices, but am I barking up the wrong tree or is there potential in it?

I need to integrate two tables in a data model. The problem is : I create the tables distict values, but even for that the data model is failling to load. I´ve trying different ways to solve that, but not sure how to finish that up.

When I put only formula for 'no-touch' rate is shows correct value (if 1 out of 3 cases meets criteria then it returns 33%). But if I add no of activities (total: 37) it changes to 46% (calculates no of activities within case that fulfils criteria and divides by all). Any tips how to come up with no of activities (37) in column A and correct ratio per case (33%) in B? It is indicated in the Celonis Academy that "As an improvement action, you might choose to implement Celonis Machine Learning and Action Flows". Do you know any other option for improvement actions when improving the business value?

We have an OLAP table and most of the columns are from the BSEG, BKPF, and LFA1 tables. However, we would like to also have the DOC ID field from either /OPT/VIM_1HEAD or /OPT/VIM_1ITEM tables. How do we connect these tables?  Thank you!

Hello everyone, I would like to remove the leading zeros from some attributes. This is not a problem with the normal extractions and can be done with an update command. The question arises as to how I can implement this in the Replication Cockpit. The data is stored in a view, which I cannot update. Does anyone already have a solution for this or a suggestion as to how I can implement this?

I'm in my first EMS project and it was to accompany the DATA ENGINEER activities.Unfortunately the Data Engineer was not hired and they asked me to take over and I don't know SAP BASIS. I created action flow and now i am trying to add email module to celonis query Data module. I am unable to add email to email module as it is showing it is restricted by our company laptop, Is there any possibility or alternative to send mails.

Hello everyone!I want to send an Action Flow weekly that displays the material numbers that qualify for an automatic ordering process (this process can be triggered by editing the material master data). Since employees might choose not to edit the master data due to various reasons, the one material number for example will show up every week in the CSV that is sent via the AF. It could be possible that this repetitive sending of material numbers that should not be automatically ordered might negatively affect the acceptance of the AF. Here's my idea: does somebody have an idea how to add a timestamp of the initial sendout of the data rows in the CSV file? So, for example, if one material number was already sent out via the AF on the 1st of January, in the next runs of the Action Flow the 1st of January will be visible in an extra column, so employees could filter it easily to the current date.  Thank you so much! BRJulia Bauer
