How can I copy bookmarks from one analysis to another? We keep around 200 bookmarks shared across multiple users. All of these should now be migrated into a different dashboard inside another package. Is there any official method for such task?

I believe there is sadly no method as of right now to copy bookmarks from one analysis to another.

There is this tool from Celonis called the Migration Tool, which migrates workspaces and analsyses form Process Analytics to Studio and Apps. Bookmarks will also be migrated.

I'm not sure if this this will help you with your problem, but hopefully this will put you in the right track.
