How to integrate Ticket Management System (BMC) in Celonis?  Once it detects abnormalities/anomalies in the defined process

Do you mean upstream integration or downstream? If it is downstream, lets use AF

 

It seems Celonis doesn't have a built in integration from AF to BME (at least, I couldn't find) but I am pretty sure using API calls you should be able to open a ticket in BMC (besides, most ticketing systems support opening tickets from mail, slack, etc...)
