Hello everyone,

I would like to ask what figures and roles should be involved in an EMS project implementation? Is there a training track where I can find more details?

For example, beyond the PM, the Value Architect, the Data Connection Expert and the Technical Expert, is suggested to involve and train someone else?

We found having process experts (SMEs) also useful. There are some general training track and there are a few slides regarding CoE.

After Pre Sales typically, EMS Implementation involves, Technical Architect or Expert to identify best practices, Data Engineer to do ETL process, Data Analyst or Business Analyst to prepare Data Visualization, Process Expert or SME to guide on what are the pain points and provide insights to customer, Value realization expert (sometimes SME can handle this) to identify potential benefit of Implementation, QA (optional or sometimes Pre-Sales team) to validate the expected outcome matches with Actual result.
