Hello everyone!I want to send an Action Flow weekly that displays the material numbers that qualify for an automatic ordering process (this process can be triggered by editing the material master data). Since employees might choose not to edit the master data due to various reasons, the one material number for example will show up every week in the CSV that is sent via the AF. It could be possible that this repetitive sending of material numbers that should not be automatically ordered might negatively affect the acceptance of the AF. Here's my idea: does somebody have an idea how to add a timestamp of the initial sendout of the data rows in the CSV file? So, for example, if one material number was already sent out via the AF on the 1st of January, in the next runs of the Action Flow the 1st of January will be visible in an extra column, so employees could filter it easily to the current date.  Thank you so much! BRJulia Ba

I have a quite complex query to calculate a KPI and want to limits its result to a maximum value.  This max value is stored in a variable with an absolute value of e.g. 2.If the actual result of the KPI is higher than 2 the PQL should return 2. I set this up as an CASE WHEN but this is repetitive code which is badfor readability and maintainabilty.  Are there more consise approached possible with PQL? e.g. using a Max(KPIcode, Limit) Excels Max function works something like this. But PQL Max works only on a column. just for reference my PQL looks something like this:CASE WHEN (... 5 lines of code to calculate KPI) > <%= Limit %> THEN <%= Limit %> ELSE (... 5 lines of code to calculate KPI) END

Hello everyone,I should create two KPIs: average times between two activities.1) the first one between activity A and activity B, in cases where activity C is not between these two activities2) the second between activity A and activity C, in cases where activity B is not between these two activities. So in a nutshell: the time between activity A and activity B, when the latter comes before C, and the time between activity A and activity C, when the latter comes before B.I leave a diagram to explain better.When there are only A and C without B, or only A and B without C it is very easy, but I cannot create when there are all 3. Can you help me? Thanks

I have created a view variable which will capture selected ids by user from a list of drop down. if 3 or 4 customer number are seleceted out of 100, i want those 3 or 4 number in data pool. I was trying to capture those customer numbers via manual sensor and write data in table skill, but the manual sensor was not able to take inputs from view variable.  What will be the way if i want to get those selected numbers in my data pool?

I have the following problem: I would like to upload a .XLSX file into my workspace via an ActionFlow. The .XLSX file is located on SharePoint Online. I can download the file using the "Download a File" action (Microsoft SharePoint Online) in the ActionFlow. However, I'm stuck at that point. In the output, the data is in "binary" format. How do I convert it from binary back to something I can import into a workspace? I have tried many things, but I just can't find the solution. Does anyone have any advice?

as I know that Case Explorer is extracting raw data from a data table and display. If I want to change the data that is display or view originally to other data for example the order is showing username but I want to change the way it display in the Case Explorer , what are the good practices that I can try?   Any advice or suggestion would be much appreciated.
